Matt is an experienced and customer focused software developer and Certified Microsoft Professional.  Starting in 1994, he has worked for a wide range of top companies including British Airways and Morgan Stanley developing software and websites.

His success enabled him to set up as a Freelance Developer in April 2003, when he worked on a variety of different projects, including development of an internal management system for a rehabilitation services provider.  Over the years he has developed a significant technical skill set;  particularly specialising in the use of Microsoft development tools and  also a wide range of project management and business skills.

 
In February 2008, he joined Barking Havering and Redbridge University Trust as a specialist systems developer.  In June 2010, he received an Outstanding Achievement Nomination for the development of a Theatre System.  His work there has been applauded by clinicians and colleagues who have found he had an exceptional talent for translating clinical requirements into robust, secure and reliable operational information systems.

Matt was the founder of Responsive Healthcare Solutions and is the Technical Director.

Rose is a successful Human Resource and Organisational Development specialist, with 36 years NHS experience, both working as an employee and running her own consultancy business for the last 10 years. She has sat on a number of Trust Boards as a director but more recently has turned her expertise into business and system improvement.

Rose’s experience in the NHS has been both in acute hospital trusts and primary care.  She is a strong facilitator across a variety of areas which have ranged from facilitating the design of 2 acute hospital facilities to informing the development of computer systems to enhance the patient process. Her human resource background provides a strong approach to the management of people and she has developed and delivered numerous training programmes for multidisciplinary teams including doctors.

She worked with a hospital trust for some years leading on business change and working with Connecting for Health and the London IT programme. This included looking at both acute systems but also community and mental health systems such as RIO.

Good communication and interpersonal skills underpin Rose’s broad portfolio and this is essential to our business. These range from listening to our customers, problem solving, mentoring through change and translating ideas into action.
